See for yourself how Tai Chi can enhance your physical fitness, increase and enrich your sense of tranquility, and elevate you to new levels of vitality and well-being.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and nonslip stockings or practice barefoot.

Master Jeff Wood, 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, has been teaching martial arts and Tai Chi for the past 27 years. He is the President/C.E.O. of the Young Americans Schools of Self-Defense. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University.
