Adult Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations incur a $10 processing fee which is deducted from your refund. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to start of class or by the registration deadline indicated.
No refunds will be given after a class has started. The cost of class supplies or tickets that have been purchased or committed to are also non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. If these fees pertain to the activity you are cancelling from, these fees will also be deducted from your refund.
Trips/Tours have specific refund policies listed with the description or itinerary.
Adventure Connection & Epic Summer Cancellations/Refund Policy
A two week written notice is required when withdrawing from the Adventure Connection school year program. If no notice is given, two weeks of tuition, per child, will be charged to your account (applies to school year only.)
Aquatic Programs/Swimming Lesson Cancellation/Refund Policy
Group Lessons and Water Fitness - A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund if you withdraw from a class before the start date. Refunds are not given on or after the class start date. We are unable to offer make-up classes or refunds for lessons missed because of illness or personal reasons.
Private Lessons - A Makeup lesson will be offered whenever possible provided we are notified in advance of your child's absence. No make-up lesson or refund will be given if we are not notified according to the following schedule:
- Weeknight Lessons - before 4:00 pm
- Saturday Lessons - before 8:00 am
- Summer Daytime Lessons - before 8:00 am
You will be provided a phone number to use after you have registered for private lessons. In the event that we are unable to offer a make-up lesson you will receive a credit or voucher to be used toward a future lesson.Cancellation of entire session made after the first lesson will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Fees for classes attended or not canceled according to the schedule above will not be refunded.
