    Learn to make Java mods for Minecraft Java Edition Minecraft using MCreator. Customize your gaming experience! MCreator is a great tool to learn Minecraft modding and to learn concepts of software programming. Students should be comfortable with keyboarding, and, of course, playing Minecraft! At the end of the class, take home your Mods to share with family and friends.   • Beginner Skateboard Lessons with Hang Time Board Shop

    Please join us to learn the beginning steps that it takes to learn how to skateboard around town, at parks or around your local parks. Riders will learn about how skateboards are built, and maintained, safety while riding while learning to ride with our friendly, helpful and knowledgable skate coaches. Riders will learn to progress in their skills at their own pace, learn new skills weekly while building confidence in themselves to push themselves to the limits. All riders must wear a helmet for all lessons. Rental skateboards are available at the shop. Additional satety gear and helmets are for sale. Check-in at the shop begins at 5:50pm- Pick up at 7:00.

  • Jr Wreck-It Week (Grades K-3)

    Smash! Crash! BOOM! If you enjoy building and breaking, then this camp is for you! You will be introduced to basic engineering concepts, problem-solving, and teamwork, all through the exciting theme of building and wrecking. Learn about the Engineering Design Process and create a mini wrecking ball, catapult, slingshot, wrecking car and more! Put on your hard hats and safety goggles and join the fun!
  • Weeklong Horse Camp (Ages 6-15)

    TIME: Drop-off is at 9:00 a.m. and pickup is at 3:00 p.m. each day Monday through Friday. Sorry we do not allow parents to stay for the day. However, there is a "show" for the parents Fridays of weeklong camps at 1:30 p.m.! This is a great time to take pictures, watch your child ride and meet their horse they worked during the week. WHAT TO EXPECT: Campers will get to experience everyday life at a barn! Life in the barn will include activities such as; daily riding, learning how to braid manes and tails with ribbon, groom and care for the horses (including bathing) and feed them at the end of the day. This is a great time for campers to spend time outdoors and build lasting friendships with fellow horse lovers in a structured and positive environment. Campers are broken into smaller groups of similar riding experience, which is perfect for both the new and more experienced riders. At the end of the week, parents and family are invited to a performance to see what their camper has been learning! Please note that riding takes up about 1 hour per day in the arena, not trails and consist of learning to how to steer, stop, turn, and walk/trot on their own. Campers will spend time on the ground with horses throughout the rest of the day. WHAT DO CAMPERS NEED TO BRING: - Long pants, closed toe shoes, appropriate clothes for weather inside/outside of barn. - No flip flops. - Sunscreen/hat/bug spray - Water bottle/drinks/snacks and a lunch - Treats for the horses if you want - Helmets are provided. WEATHER: Camps are held rain or shine, as we have an indoor barn and arena.     Join the MN DNR's Fishing in the Neighborhood (FiN) program for a fun, family-friendly evening or weekend day of fishing! Designed for ages 5 and up, each youth must be accompanied by an adult. No experience or equipment is needed-we've got you covered! Rain or shine, come dressed for the weather and enjoy a great outdoor adventure close to home.

  • My Little Horse Camp (Ages 2-5)

    Campers will get to ride a real horse in an arena, meet a number of our different horses at Boulder Pointe and learn about how to groom the horses...all with a focus on safety! In addition, students will do an art project and have an opportunity to make horse treats to feed their new friends. Stations are split into 15 minute intervals to keep everyone engaged. Parents have the opportunity to lead their child on the horse and take photographs as they go. PARENT/GUARDIAN: This 2-hour camp is designed for parent/guardian participation. Parent/Guardian is expected to remain with their child during the entire duration of the camp. WEATHER: Camps are held rain or shine, as we have an indoor barn and arena.     If learners like building and figuring out how things work, they will love this class. Join us as we explore, investigate, and solve problems while learning about simple machines' engineering building blocks. Students working in pairs will enjoy hands-on activities using LEGO® Gears and unique LEGO® Technic® engineering components that incorporate math, science, and creativity. They will then use what they learned to solve challenges. Learning projects may include mini mechanical concept models, a moving dragon, scale, clown, crane, car, fan, merry-go-round, and more. Students will be working in pairs.

    Bring your creations to life in this 3D printing class. The ancient craft of jewelry making is brought to the modern world using TinkerCAD and 3D printers. Students will learn to build 2D and 3D models on the computer using CAD software. They will design and print a pair of earrings, a ring, or a pendant in this class. Additionally, they will get to bring home two of their 3D creations, and other beaded creations. Printing and material fees are included.
