Course Description:  This class builds fundamental tumbling as we progress through our curriculum.  Your athlete will focus on proper execution.

Skills Learned/Workout: Basic Motor Development, Basic Body Positions-Pike, Tuck, Straddle, Straight, Stand, Tumbling Lunge, Lever, Forward Roll, Backward Roll, Bridge/Elbow Bridge, Beginner Handstand, Cartwheel
