  • 1 Day Horse Camp (Ages 6-15)

    DAY CAMP (Ages 6-15) TIME: PARENT Drop-off is at 9am and PARENT pickup is 3pm. Sorry we do not allow parents to stay for the day. WHAT TO EXPECT: Kids will learn what it's like to have a horse for a day! Campers get to ride in the indoor and/or outdoor arenas for 40min-50min (no trails), practice how to steer, stop, turn, and walk on their own. They also might make horse treats, do a craft, and play games. And don't forget the time to meet and care for the horses, which is a big part of ownership! Campers are broken into smaller groups based on similar riding experience and age, which is perfect for both new and more experienced riders! WHAT DO CAMPERS NEED TO BRING? Long pants, closed toe shoes, appropriate clothes for weather inside and outside of barn. No flip flops. Sunscreen/hat/bug spray Water bottle/drinks/snacks and a lunch Treats for the horses if you want Helmets are provided. WEATHER: Camps are held rain or shine,as we have an indoor barn and arena.     Skyhawks flag football is the perfect program for your young athletes who want a complete introduction to America's Game or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in preparation for league play. Through our 'skill of the day' campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun & positive environment. The week ends with the Skyhawks Sports Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron!

    Basketball Camp (Ages 6-8)

    Using our progressional curriculum and focusing on the whole player, we teach your child the skills they need for both on and off the court to be a better athlete. Our sport specific staff will focus on respect, teamwork and responsibility as they will start each day with a 'skill of the day' and progress in to drills and games making an unforgettable camp experience for your young athlete. After a week of passing, shooting, dribbling and rebounding you will see why this is one of our most popular programs.

    Skyhawks Volleyball takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it all together into one fun-filled camp. All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. This co-ed program is designed for the beginner to intermediate player and will incorporate essential life-lessons such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Our volleyball staff will assist each athlete in developing the fundamental skills of the game through game-based drills and daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player.

Instructor Gil will lead participants through a series of breathing and stretching exercises. This exercise is suitable for individuals with mobility concerns and is enjoyable for all.
