Feel Good Series: Happy Feet:

Adult Enrichment / Fitness and Wellness -
Fall 25

"Happy Feet" is a fun and practical class all about keeping your feet healthy, strong, and comfortable as you age. Led by occupational therapist Jordan Zilisch, this session covers the basics of foot health, common age-related changes, and simple ways to care for your feet at home. Participants will learn how to spot foot problems early, what role a podiatrist can play, and how to choose proper footwear that supports mobility and balance. The class also includes easy foot exercises to promote strength, flexibility, and overall comfort— because healthy feet help keep you moving!
