Macrame dates back thousands of years and is an art form that involves tying differently shaped knots and then repeating and combining them to form patterns. Come learn some basic knots while making an 8" dreamcatcher that you can hang or give as a gift. $12 supply fee paid to instructor at the start of class.
Sandra Bengtson, owner of Avant Garb Fashions, was fortunate to learn how to sew by her mother at age eight. Decades later, Sandra’s passion for sewing has paved the way to fulfilling a lifelong dream; teaching others. As her mother did for her, Sandra is committed to spread her love of sewing. Sandra believes that providing a warm, inclusive classroom environment with fun and laughter, maximizes the learning experience and may even foster new friendships.
