Travel to Brazil without leaving the kitchen! In this hands-on cooking class, participants will learn to prepare three beloved Brazilian dishes: Pão de Queijo (chewy cheese bread), Arroz de Carreteiro (a savory one-pot sausage and rice dish), and Brigadeiro (rich chocolate truffles rolled in sprinkles or nuts). Along the way, we’ll explore the cultural stories behind these foods and pick up techniques you can use in everyday cooking. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or just getting started, you'll leave with new skills, great recipes, and a taste of Brazil to share. All ingredients are provided. Come hungry and ready to cook!

This class is offered in commemoration of Brazil’s Independence Day, celebrated on September 7. It’s a delicious way to honor Brazilian culture and culinary heritage!
