During this special dinner, you’ll prepare and taste a marinated shredded salad, fresh melon wrapped with prosciutto ham, and the classic spaghetti with pancetta and Parmigiano cheese (Spaghetti alla Carbonara). You’ll also enjoy a mixed green salad (Insalata Mista) and polenta served with sweet sausages and porcini mushrooms. To conclude the meal, indulge in the traditional frothy Zabaglione and almond cookies (Amaretti). 

 $16 food fee payable to the instructor at class (cash only)
