Calling all Lego masters.  Students will take on a new building challenge each week, tackling designs such as skyscrapers, zoos, bridges, and airports.  Along the way, they will lear the history and engineering principles behind each structure.  How did airports evolve from simple landing strips?  How did airports evolve from simple landing strips?  How do bridges support massive weight?  Why did the Tacoma Narrows Bridge collapse?  With a wide variety of Lego bricks at their disposal, students will bring their creative visions to life, documenting presenting their designs for their classmates.
