Classic French Macarons

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make delicate and colorful French macarons from scratch. Using the French meringue method, you’ll mix, pipe, and bake light and airy macaron shells. While the shells set, you’ll prepare delicious fillings to complement them. As you assemble your macarons, we’ll discuss tips for achieving the perfect texture and how to store them to enjoy later. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this class will give you the skills and confidence to create these elegant confections at home. A $13 supply fee is included in the cost of the class.
