Classic French Macarons

Adult Enrichment / Kitchen Creations -
Winter/Spring 25

French macarons are delicate and colorful confections. They are crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle, and they pair well with tea. They are perfect for holiday gifts. You can learn to bake light and airy meringue-based macaron shells using the French technique. While the shells are setting, you can prepare the fillings. As you assemble the macarons, we’ll discuss how to store them so that your hard work can be enjoyed well after they are made. A $13 supply fee is included in the cost of the class.
