Epic Connection is a summer program for middle school students. It is a place for students to build a “life resume” by building friendships, building community connections, building knowledge, and building student leadership.

With her John Denver-inspired style, Lisa brings classic tunes, original songs, and nostalgic tales of the American West. Enjoy this lively, engaging show along with complimentary Western mocktail—perfect for those who love the charm of country classics.
Lisa Murphy, known as The Singing Cowgirl, has been performing since junior high, inspired by John Denver. A self-taught guitarist, she plays a mix of Denver classics, ’50s and ’60s hits, and country tunes. She has performed at fairs, private events, radio shows, and even competed on “Nashville Starseek.” In 2017, she completed 500 shows and continues to share her love of music across Minnesota and beyond.
