Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise discipline that utilizes a series of slow, graceful, low impact body movements, and specialized breathing techniques, to improve health, balance, and relaxation. Park in the main lot on Manton St and enter through door 1E. The classrooms are down the first hallway on the left.

Jeff Wood

Master Jeff Wood, 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, has been teaching martial arts and Tai Chi for the past 27 years. He is the President/C.E.O. of the Young Americans Schools of Self-Defense. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University.
