Master Jeff Wood, 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, has been teaching martial arts and Tai Chi for the past 27 years. He is the President/C.E.O. of the Young Americans Schools of Self-Defense. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University.
