Make your own Lefse

Learn the art of making this Norwegian delicacy. Lefse is traditionally served for holidays and special occasions and can be used as a main course or as a dessert. Bring a gallon-size food storage bag, dishcloth, and dish towel for clean-up. If you have a rolling pin at home that you would like to try using, you may also bring it. Supply fee of $9 payable to instructor at class.
