Gil Surine has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and studying it since 2017, at Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness, in Minneapolis. "I believe yoga has the power to transform, it is for everybody, and it is sustainable. We practice it with the intention of getting healthier without the pressure of time. The results come with practice. We use our body in a respectful way, knowing our limits, and we start from there, as we are, physically and emotionally. Our goal for our yoga class is to create a safe and sensitive space for anyone."
Gil also has a certification on Trauma Informed Yoga from Yoga Vidya (NY) and recently got her Chair Yoga Certification. She is a member of Yoga Alliance.
