Want to learn the basics of lactic acid fermentation? Learn how to use salt and water to turn fresh vegetables into a naturally fermented food that adds healthy probiotics to your diet. You will leave with 2 half gallon jars with cultures for a mixed vegetable pickle and sauerkraut. We will be doing some tasting so feel free to bring a favorite cheese or tidbit to go with the samples. Food included.
