Epic Connection is an after school opportunity for middle school students. It is a place for students to build a “life resume” by building friendships, building community connections, building knowledge, and building student leadership.
F.L.I.G.H.T. will provide students with a wide variety of enrichment clubs, academic support, leadership opportunities and culturally affirming clubs.
Adults with Disabilities Program
Shrubs and trees can make a tasty snack for winter wildlife. We will chat about different strategies to keep the deer, rabbits, and other chewing critters at bay this winter. A few small steps and techniques can save you money and headaches in the long run of winter. Adam Hjelm
Adam Hjelm has been teaching community education and gardening classes for nearly twenty years. He is passionate about native plants and helping people green up their spaces in a variety of ways. Adam is a watershed education coordinator, Master Gardener, Master Naturalist, and Lawns to Legumes coach. When he isn't working with residents on their properties; he can be found wandering the woods, gardening in his backyard, or chasing after fish on our local lakes.
