Get fit with a fun and friendly group! Senior Cardio & Strength is welcoming new participants. This moderate-intensity exercise class includes balance, low-impact aerobics, strength training, and flexibility activities which can be done standing or seated in a chair. Bring a bottle of water; adjustable weight cuffs are provided. Please wear supportive tie or Velcro-on shoes and comfortable clothes. Class fee is $5 (facility fee) and free for qualifying Medicare program participants. Proof of insurance will be required and verified to take this class at no charge.

Dust off those dancing shoes and come enjoy a great afternoon of catered food, beverages, socialization, and dancing to live music performed by the Golden Tones Band! All of this is included in the price of admission. Tickets are only $15. A large bingo game with door prizes is always available for those who are tired of dancing. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here or at the Gladstone Community Education Center. No walk-ins will be allowed. Semi-formal attire is suggested.
