    Intro to All-Star Cheer is a 7 week program for children ages 6 & up. Intro to All Stars is a FUN way to learn the basics needed to become an All-Star cheerleader. This class is geared towards those that want to become part of our All Star Team, but also caters to those who just want a FUN, low-pressure, non-competitive, technique-centered progression program. Using our progressional curriculum, our sport-specific staff will ensure your young athlete will gain the technical skills & sport knowledge required for their next step into soccer. This camp focuses on dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. By the end of the camp your child will have learned new life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship, made new friends, and improved their sport skills!

  • Lifeguard Certification Class

    Provides entry-level participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over. Prerequisites: Minimum age: 15 years; Swim 300 yards continuously; Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs; Complete a timed event within 1 minute 40 seconds by starting in the water swimming 20 yards surface dive to a depth of 7 to 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object return to the surface and swim 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point exit the water without using steps or a ladder. Participants who successfully complete the Lifeguarding course receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED valid for 2 years. This class is a blended learning format. Course reading will be done online prior to the beginning of the in-person class. A link to the course materials will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration by no later than one week prior to the first date of the class.

    Skyhawks flag football is the perfect program for your young athletes who want a complete introduction to America's Game or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in preparation for league play. Through our 'skill of the day' campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun & positive environment. The week ends with the Skyhawks Sports Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron!

  • Intro to Ninja-8 Week (Ages 5-13)

    Ninjas develop strength and agility during this 8 week long course by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; all Ninja inspired obstacles! Increase flexibility, problem-solving, and coordination that can be transferred into ninja levels testing or enhance other athletic performances.   • Pickleball (Ages 6-12)

    Try something new! Pickleball is a combination of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong wrapped into a fun court game! The class is designed for first-time players but is challenging enough for more competitive play. You will learn pickleball rules along with similar skills you can use in other racquet sports. Bring your own racquet if you have one, or use one of ours. Don't forget to bring a water bottle!
