  • Parent/Child Ninja Class 8 Weeks (Age 5+)

    Family Ninja Classes are for anyone 5 or older. This parent/child class is designed for both parents and kids to get moving and have fun together. You and your ninja will work together to learn how to tackle ninja obstacles, problem-solve courses, and build self-esteem! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; all Ninja inspired obstacles! If you are looking for something different to do with your child and want to try a unique way to be active, come check this class out! All fitness levels welcome!   • Pickleball (Ages 6-12)

    Try something new! Pickleball is a combination of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong wrapped into a fun court game! The class is designed for first-time players but is challenging enough for more competitive play. You will learn pickleball rules along with similar skills you can use in other racquet sports. Bring your own racquet if you have one, or use one of ours. Don't forget to bring a water bottle!

    Tennis (Ages 6-12)

    Grab your tennis racket and get ready to play! Whether you’re a beginning, an intermediate or an advanced player, this program will improve your game and help you get more enjoyment from tennis. Our tennis programs focus on skill refinement as well as practice and match play to develop consistent, well-rounded tennis players. Each player is given personal attention and taught through repetition in an enjoyable, lively atmosphere. Skyhawks Sports tennis breaks down the fundamental skills of tennis through easily understood games and exercises to help improve the athlete’s overall coordination and technique. Players learn proper grips, footwork, strokes, volleys and serves during a series of drills designed to teach skills in a fun and dynamic way. In addition to developing a love for tennis, athletes will learn the rules and etiquette that make tennis such an exciting game to play. Due to limited court space, these programs fill quickly.
  • Battle Drones (Grades 3-8)

    Battle Drones features an exciting combination of aerial acrobatics with an engineering design challenge that will teach students STEM concepts, teamwork, and how to skillfully fly a drone. In Battle Drones, teams of students will build robotic launchers designed to fling projectiles at their opponents' drones. Students will be guided by experienced camp instructors in how to construct their launchers to maximize projectile speed and accuracy. The camp will culminate in an epic battle where students will need to pilot their drones to safety by dodging opponent projectiles while using their own launchers to take down opponent drones. The best drone pilots and launchers will emerge victorious! Optional Upcharge: Students can choose to bring their drone home for an additional $50.00 ($100.00 value).
  • Minecraft Olympics (Grades 3-8)

    The "Minecraft Olympics" is a dynamic three-day summer camp designed to immerse participants in the thrilling world of Minecraft while fostering teamwork, creativity, and friendly competition. Campers will engage in daily Build Battles, showcasing their imaginative prowess in constructing awe-inspiring structures aligned with diverse themes. Through this immersive experience, participants not only deepen their understanding of Minecraft's gameplay but also cultivate camaraderie and problem-solving skills in a fun and supportive environment. The "Minecraft Olympics" promises a thrilling adventure for campers seeking to combine their love for Minecraft with a collaborative team experience that students won't soon forget.

    MLS GO Mini Soccer League (Grades K-2)

    DASH Sports MLS GO Summer Soccer Mini-Leagues provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense) training and scrimmages and games. This camp consists of one day of skills training followed by 3 days of games (1 hour each). Athletes should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and a snack (spikes and shin guards are optional). Balls are provided. Each participant will receive an MLS GO uniform with registration consisting of a jersey, shorts, and socks.

Parent participation is required for the 2-3 year old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group.

    Here players will build on their fundamental knowledge of their volleyball skills and will be introduced to new techniques, offensive and defensive strategies as well as an emphasis on team play.

  • Jr Camp Fancy (Grades K-3)

    Who loves being fancy? Fancy is for everyone. Turn plain into exquisite. Make blah things something chic. Just add a little fancy...And voila, life's fantastique. Go glamping indoors while being introduced to STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) - build a fort, LED light stick, lipgloss, fancy slime and more in this fun and fabulously fancy camp. On the last day, we'll have a pajama party and enjoy some fancy s'mores!

    Volleyball (Ages 8-12)

    Skyhawks Volleyball takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it all together into one fun-filled camp. All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. This co-ed program is designed for the beginner to intermediate player and will incorporate essential life-lessons such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Our volleyball staff will assist each athlete in developing the fundamental skills of the game through game-based drills and daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player.

    Exploring Photography (Grades 3-8)

    "Exploring Photography" is an engaging and hands-on 3-day summer camp designed for students in grades 3-8 who have an interest in discovering the art and science of photography. This dynamic camp aims to introduce participants to the fundamentals of photography, foster creativity, teach technical skills, and teach phot editing.
  • Drumline Camp (6th-12th grade)

    No experience necessary to attend this drumline camp – students of all levels and abilities are invited to come have fun drumming! Drumline camp is open to all ISD 622 students who are entering grades 6-12. All equipment, instruments, sticks, mallets, and music will be provided. Whether you already have been part of a drumline or you don’t have experience at all, this camp is for you. Register for the beginning track if you have 1 year or less of percussion experience and register for the advanced track if you have 2+ years of percussion experience. In this camp we will give you all the information needed to play in an indoor drumline, from introduction to kinds of drumline instruments to technique to marching with the instruments to instruction in the drumline instrument(s) of your choice. Join us and have a great time learning about the wonderful world of indoor drumline! This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund. *Students who participate in this camp will have the opportunity to continue their drumline involvement by joining Fusion Drumline in the fall.   • Intro to Game Design (Grades 3-8)

    If you like playing video games, you’ll love designing them! Trained instructors will teach students how to program their own video games using an engaging program called Kodu. They will create their own world, populate it with characters, and then play the games they create during class. Students will learn important programming skills while having tons of fun, with no prior experience needed!
