Do you like meeting people while working out and listening to music? Then you are in luck! Join us for our new and improved Water Aerobics class.
During this class you will Tone muscles while improving endurance and flexibility. Class includes stretching, agility and a light aerobic workout in shallow water. Pool has a corner stairway entrance for easy entry and exit.
