Mia Bremer has been a fitness professional for forty-two years, specializing in older adult fitness. Mia certified by the American Council on Fitness as a Personal Fitness Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist and Health Coach. She is an IDEA Master Trainer and FallProof ™ Balance and Mobility Specialist through the Center for Successful Aging at California State University, Fullerton.
