    Did you know that hand embroidery has been practiced around the world for centuries and includes over 300 different stitches? Join us for this introductory class where you’ll learn 10 basic stitches including the Running, Back, Chain, and Blanket stitch, a French Knot, and more. Leave class with a completed project and the confidence to tackle hand embroidery on your own.     Get creative while turning random pieces of fabric and ribbon into decorative flowers that can be displayed or worn on your favorite hat, jacket or outfit. Have fun as you cut, hand-sew, or glue together various colors and patterns uniquely you. Finish by embellishing your flowers with specific buttons and bobbles! $5 supply fee payable to the instructor in class.
