Epic Connection is an after school opportunity for middle school students. It is a place for students to build a “life resume” by building friendships, building community connections, building knowledge, and building student leadership.

Do you struggle to find the right words to provide feedback about a product or service? Do you find yourself rambling in correspondence? Do you have a request and feel ignored? I am happy to help put your thoughts into words. During the session, I will provide examples of personal experiences as well as wording suggestions for clarity when writing your letters.
I have been a member on the plain Language Team in my current position over three years and within my current title, I coach employees to write clear, concise notes. For the past fifteen years I have written hundreds of letters with positive results to companies such as Wella Hair Care, Discount Tire, Pawn America, Savers, Goodwill, Wyndham Hotels, Fitbit, Progressive Insurance, Staples, United and American Airlines, Roku, and Xcel Energy.
