Aquatics (Swimming) / Swim Lessons for Youth -
Winter/Spring 2024

Stroke Improvement - Ages 6 years and older

Prerequisite: Passed Level 3 or has equivalent skills of being able to jump in Deep Water and swim Front Crawl and Elementary Backstroke for 15 yards along with Treading Water for 1 minute. 

  • This class builds on previous skills mastered with emphasis on Refining the Front Crawl and the Elementary Backstroke with attention to detail and developing endurance. 
  • Additional Skills include:
    • Breaststroke
    • Butterfly
    • Back Crawl
    • Sidestroke
    • Open Turns
