  • Advanced Beginner Pickleball Lessons

    Advanced Beginner Level: These classes are an excellent way for brand-new players to learn the sport of Pickleball. You will learn all the basics to be able to play. We will cover Pickleball rules, scoring system, body positioning, footwork, drills, and doubles game strategy. Safety is emphasized. Paddles will be provided, or bring your own. The gym is to the right of the lobby and the classrooms are down the first hallway on the left. Please note that the 3 session class on March 18, 22 and 25th is 30 minutes longer but the same class at an accelerated pace.

    Running remains a popular choice for fitness enthusiasts, with increasing participation in races designed for all ages and abilities. In this class, I will present relevant material for runners who are just starting out, and for those looking to improve their marathon or half marathon performance. Staying healthy and injury-free while training is a must, so strength training and proper rest will both be emphasized.
