  • 1 Day Horse Camp

    DAY CAMP (Ages 6-15) TIME: PARENT Drop-off is at 9am and PARENT pickup is 3pm. Sorry we do not allow parents to stay for the day. WHAT TO EXPECT: Kids will learn what it's like to have a horse for a day! Campers get to ride in the indoor and/or outdoor arenas for 40min-50min (no trails), practice how to steer, stop, turn, and walk on their own. They also might make horse treats, do a craft, and play games. And don't forget the time to meet and care for the horses, which is a big part of ownership! Campers are broken into smaller groups based on similar riding experience and age, which is perfect for both new and more experienced riders! WHAT DO CAMPERS NEED TO BRING? Long pants, closed toe shoes, appropriate clothes for weather inside and outside of barn. No flip flops. Sunscreen/hat/bug spray Water bottle/drinks/snacks and a lunch Treats for the horses if you want Helmets are provided. WEATHER: Camps are held rain or shine,as we have an indoor barn and arena.     Skyhawks flag football is the perfect program for your young athletes who want a complete introduction to America's Game or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in preparation for league play. Through our 'skill of the day' campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun & positive environment. The week ends with the Skyhawks Sports Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron!

    ATTENTION : All registrations are a 2 step process. 1=Eleyo, 2= Campus. Your registration will NOT be complete and your place in the class you selected will NOT be saved without BOTH steps completed. For step 1, please select "Enroll now" on this (Eleyo) site. Once you have completed step 1 on Eleyo, you will receive a step 1 confirmation email. In that email will be a link to Campus to complete step 2. After completing step 2, your place will be saved in your selected class. (For children birth to 4 years by September 1, 2023, before kindergarten) You and your children attend together to improve your English language skills through conversation, learning activities and more. This class meets three afternoons per week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. You must register all children that are attending. Please complete the enrollment information attached here.     (For children birth-12 months as of September 1, 2023.) Parents with infants born after 9/1/23 are invited to join at any time. This class includes activities, songs, rhymes, movement and parent discussion with a parent educator. Parents and children spend time together exploring toys and participating in classroom activities in a stimulating environment. Non-separating class. Register your child and add parents/guardians as "additional attending users." We encourage you to register for both semesters to hold your spot in the class for the full year. You will separate from your children for parent discussion topics such as child development, sibling rivalry and the effects of media on children. Please register your child, then add parents/guardians as additional attending users. We encourage expectant moms to pre-register your unborn child if you intend to continue the multi-age class after baby is born as there may not be a spot available later. Call 651-748-7280 for more information about registering. We encourage you to register for both semesters (class number-1, class number-2) to hold your spot in the class for the full year.     2023-24 STEAM - Science Technology Engineering Art and Math

    (For children 2-4 years old on or before September 1, 2023) With a little guidance from us, we can enhance your child's opportunities to engage in STEAM learning and develop their critical thinking skills. While building with blocks, children can build bridges and ramps incorporating engineering and math. The possibilities are endless for STEAM education! Children love to experiment, combine new substances, build, knock down, collect and sort all while learning. Each week we will do a new science experiment and STEAM activities will be embedded throughout. You will separate from your child for a portion of each class time.     (For children 30 months-four years by September 1, 2023) This class meets two-days per week. Monday is a parent-child day and Wednesday is a child only day. Parents and children play and learn together during the parent-child day and parents separate for a discussion time. Children attend without parents on Wednesday and practice skills such as sharing, taking turns, problem solving, asking questions, and learning through play.
