Create Your Own Meditation and Mantra

Discuss the benefits and the practice of meditation and utilizing a mantra.  A mantra is a work, phrase or sound that is repeated during meditation to aid in concentration and provide encouragement.  With guidance from the instructor, identify your needs and/or desires to create a personal mantra and meditation.
